@Michael Jone  I hear what your saying many on BP will say the same thing don't spend money on training you can get it all here at BP  although @Russell Brazil comments are in my mind made in a manner that in genuine .. so I think you were a little harsh on himThe reality as @Aaron Mazzrillo stated is these companies are all fronted by UTAH based seminar companies Every single one of them..

In the central valley we really do not have any harsh weather condition deteriorating the properties, except for sun.This might not sound like a sound plan for everyone but I personally like sfr's, condos and duplexes.

You're going to find it difficult to get financing at any reasonable rate with a recent bankruptcy, no job and a credit score at less than 620.And I don't mean to be harsh, but given that you're just 3 years out of bankruptcy, and already have a big car loan and a bunch of consumer debt, you're not instilling confidence in your ability to repay.Can you sell your truck to get it paid off, buy a very cheap used vehicle that you can pay cash for and start paying down your other debt?
