Under cabinet lights, and a blower vent that actually vents outdoors might be nice.Since there is so little counter top space have you given any thought to a deep sink with a cutting board.You don't want to overspend/over-improve, so asking a FEW local successful Area Realtors what features are hot and which are duds, vs what you or I like might be time well spent (before spending dollars).Good Luck!

A lot of complexes, including mine, have indoor and outdoor pools/ hot tubs and are independent of the association, so they offer outside membership.

Are you allowed to monitor any outdoor and common areas?

Enjoy resort style amenities including but not limited to boardwalk beach access, outdoor/indoor pools, tennis, golf and on site dining.

Love all 3 for different reasons, but I love them for all the advantages of big city amenities (arts, culture, nightlife, parks, concerts, sports, outdoors, etc) with a less price tag than the big cities you named in your initial post.  

Will you need any money allocated for outdoors work like snow/mowing/etc? 

The exterior of the property is beautifully landscaped and features a large, fully landscaped backyard that is perfect for outdoor living.Inside, the property is equally impressive.

Kalahari, Great Wolf, 3 major ski mountains, plenty of hiking, golf and other outdoor activities.
