They were supposed to have fixed grading toward the house 2 weeks ago but didn't....they have fixed the flood damage but I am definitely concerned about it happening again.

I had a claim (water damage, mitigation, and repairs) in one of the houses which resulted a hike on my premium. 

I t needs to be rehabbed . the kitchen had some water damage and the rest og the house is solid.

The problem I am having is no residential contractor is guaranteeing they can fix the issue then contractors flake etc.The tenants still want to be in the house which I find odd as I later found out water came into the garage and there is a lot of mold damage and I had another water restoration contractor removing the drywall and scrubbing the wood frame of the walls. 

When this was discovered the tenant was promptly evicted, but the damage was done.
