As a guy who prides himself on being independent (I am not affiliated with any political party...if you want my vote you have to earn it) the folks who are keen to drop folks to the streets have their own problems, and the folks trying to cast a wide enough net to catch everyone are not doing anyone any favors.

Keep an active and keen eye on your balance, and don't spend more than you make. 

Many courts are subsequently not keen on the idea of frivolous lawsuits, and often throw stuff out really fast for that very reason.

Also I have a keen eye towards land use beyond the typical:Put a building on it to mortgage and create a note/put in a tenant mentality.

I am not against OOS, I think it can work if it’s done right and part of that process is prudent risk management, a good trusted local team and a keen eye to create value vs just low price to simply earn bragging rights by saying you have now turned an investor!

It seems most cities are not keen on taking down trees if not necessary.For the tree limbs, in Cincinnati, I am required to clean up all debris on adjoining properties related to tree trimming or taking down.  

Point is, he's an unauthorized guest and I'm not too keen on him living there. 

He's not going to do it at a cut rate and if plumbers by their nature are keenly aware of public health issues.Have you ever installed a dishwasher?
