Put new knobs on the kitchen cabinets, and replaced some broken soffit pieces and window sills that had rotted out.

(Used basic Home Depot cabinets). 2 baths were $6k total Small deck was $4k.

Providing a microwave would be nice but definitely not necessary, cabinets and countertops look like a decent finish out for a C+ class rental.

A kitchen can be painted cabinet and new laminate counters (maybe $2,000) or you could spend $10,000 on the appliances alone. 

Get agents excited about your house....I can tell you what a lot of agents think about that compensation...and it is not a good thought.I can't tell from the pictures if the cabinets and some other items are purple or not. 

I’m planning on doing a DIY shiplap wall around my boring fireplace that won’t cost much and also painting all kitchen and bathrooms cabinets to a nice bright white to get rid of the outdated oak color.

They included market rate for the kitchen cabinets despite the fact that I built them myself.
