Wow.So many points to talk about.LOLYou are right Dave.There are so many guys out there that don't know what they are doing.I get newbies all the time that try to partner with me on a deal and don't have a clue.They put anything under contract just to try and make sugar from sh*t and It blows up in their face, they lose credibility, and waste the time of people who actually could be buyers if only it was a true deal.

While design is what flows through my blood, I want real estate to be flowing right there next to it and my plan is to get enough rental properties under my belt in order to build and design my products at my leisure.

Now if they ask, I am more than glad to share my opinion and my research, but I offer nothing and I sugar coat NOTHING.

Cotton, lead, sugar, etc have risen in price more than gold, but imagine how much lead or sugar or cotton you would have to store to keep a million dollars worth... and transportation, and some of those are not so durable...

I could require blood testing and physicals in my rental ap's and I think i would still be flooded, lol.

Isaac, I don't think these are cold-blooded examples.

The guy may not have a job and relies on the woman to be his "sugar mama" (so to speak).
