I previously had one airbnb here, glamping style, and was at 86% occupany prior to riverside county changing their ordinance and shutting me down.I realize the cash flow for this would come faster with leasing from others, but improving my property would gain more equity and allow for cash flow as well after construction, so I am just not sure the best direction to go.Appreciate any advice from the community!
