My average fill up is 50 kilowatts so that $2.00 Two bucks for 200 miles of range with no restriction on speed or fast starts at the line :) Not every state is the same at our place in Vegas you pay one rate no matter what time of day and that is I think about 12 Cents a kilowat so about 7 bucks to fill up for 200 miles of range. lets say 20 MPG at 3 bucks thats 30bucks for gas for same range.

I was at a CCIM luncheon recently and some of my lender buddies and I were discussing that many of their banks are getting out of multi-family because of rising costs to manage the properties...including taxes and insurance.

thank you Laura -I do feel good about the compensation as they have been our only boots on the ground as we just can’t use “ friends” anymore ..I also found out that the $500 monthly fee is lifted once the place is rented and she goes to a much lower rate / hourly when things arise .I just thought it was a unique price structure and have never heard of things executed as such before .Thanks again for your reply-Christian
