We all fight for the attention of potential buyers, cold call and constantly prospect.I have spent months pouring through hundreds of real esate forums, blogs, and social networks.

I'll have pics this coming week, I had a agent I know in the area go out and complete a BPO for me (I bought it sight unseen) and he sent me a few pics through the windows, showing that it was completely gutted.I'll be covering the complete rehab on my blog most likely.

Keep a blog, a forum, etc.

I have a Terms sheet from them (actually the letter head is Quick Funding - based out of NY) and was worried about the large upfront fee they are requesting.I have found a blog/forum that talks about them a bit if that would help you - the ssite is as follows: http://www.brokeruniverse.com/grapevine/thread/?

I visited Craigslist and no luck.Please Help...is there a free site or blog?
