If he's getting a second job with me, it's because his prices and work were good on the first job, and as long as they continue to be good, they'll continue to get work.In fact, I have a painter who hasn't given me more than a couple bids in over 2 years.

This avenue has been helpful to find some people in my area for jobs as I work on some of my rental properties so now I am looking for a local reasonably priced painter and someone who can give me tips about a wood floor.

We are selling our investment property can anyone recommend a cheap painter - we need to get few rooms painted and patch up others 

The walls in the place were purple and asked her if they were going to be white she said yes.......I bed she used my deposit to pay the painter to paint the room white.
