It was quite fascinating talking with him.

This has always fascinated me but i'm not sure where i could better learn of it or even what this type of real estate buying is called.

It is time to rotate some of those dollars out of stocks and into real estate as seed money for this new endeavor.I may be putting the cart before the horse here, as I am looking to try one cosmetic or advanced cosmetic flip to see if it suits me, but given the great fun I have had working with subs on projects on my personal property and my fascination with construction and transforming spaces, I believe that it could easily be something I continue to do.

I spoke to @Andrew Smith already and I been completely fascinated by what he’s working on.

This specific topic fascinates me as guys in my area are unloading portfolios, sitting on cash, and waiting for the next dip.  

I have always been fascinated with real estate and knew it was where I would find financial freedom.

I happen to see it as quite a fascinating way to invest in RE. 

I have a full time job but have been fascinated by real estate investment on the side since a while ago.I've always had the feeling that real estate is the right thing to do because it feels good to not have to pay rent (primary residence) and/or have someone else pay your mortgage (rental property).
