Did you think about maybe doing the Air bnb option on your dream home to bring in extra cash a few times a month or more?

Air BNB or "boarder" income cannot be used for these loan types.  

Quick update on the unit.Finished renovating the biggest unit and ran it as an air bnb this past summer.

The HVAC for the first floor unit supplies conditioned air into the common hallway/stairway.

Could have a gravity furnace, poorly laid out and insufficient ductwork...particularly cold air returns improperly sized.4 - Plumbing. 

Let alone how competitive the market is here, they could just find another buyer.My big concern is that the property doesn't have central air and I would be installing that with ducts going through the attic (no crawlspace) immediately during the first month after closing.

I have some 3 families where the 1st floor is hot air; second floor is hot water and the third is hot air again.
