As Julie's said, these can be fairly high sometimes.One last point of mention, we'd rented out a Townhouse in the past, and the main headache that we had was the neighbors in the bordering unit complaining about the slightest sound that came from our tenants (and this wasn't wild parties kind of noise - we're talking kids playing).
