The second is a family issue (wedding coming up) that has to be taken care of first. 

This was 6 days before our wedding.

In those years: my family grew by 2, we bought our personal residence to fit our family of 5, and paid in full for our wedding/ honeymoon.

I won't evict them if they're delivering certified funds in lieu of using the service; I have to roll with the punches and if they still pay rent on time, I can't stand on ceremonies.

Hubzu is tough to buy from.As for wholesaling this: the NHREIA.com is the local real estate investor group, if you get it under contract, be sure and go to their meetings on the 2nd Wed, there is a buy/sell where you can stand up and sell your deal.

For me I am just board here in Singapore waiting to get dressed to go to this massive wedding I am here for.. then up to Thailand so I can relax and live the life I deserve because I am a RE investor  LOL...
