Have you checked rules and/or restrictions on kayaking to/from wherever you'll be stationed?

PS - I just want to focus on commercial properties such as hotels, motels, gas stations, apt complex's and so on - is it possible to do this as a part time agent?

Hey Josh,My advice would be to stay away from student housing-focused properties, and stick to something that can accomplish your daughter's housing goals for her time in college station and that you can get out of through a sale or continue to rent to other demographic than just students once she is gone.

I am relocating to the greater Sacramento area for my last duty station until I retire in 6 years (from the military, not forever).

I know this is possible (people PCSing from duty stations) but I have been unable to find out how long one must live in their home before they can move out and potentially rent it.

I plan on trying this out as well as I am currently stationed on Guam and get out in about 11 months

Hopefully she waits at least a year since that’s when I’ll be moving duty stations.

First cancellation was because it is in a historic district, switched providers but have been cancelled again this time because "the gas station(being a commercial property) is within 300 ft of your property" (per agent).
