Hey Josh,My advice would be to stay away from student housing-focused properties, and stick to something that can accomplish your daughter's housing goals for her time in college station and that you can get out of through a sale or continue to rent to other demographic than just students once she is gone.

First cancellation was because it is in a historic district, switched providers but have been cancelled again this time because "the gas station(being a commercial property) is within 300 ft of your property" (per agent).
