Are you talking about house hacking yourself, and using it as a co-living property?

From the good advice of other BP folks, I've decided to wait a few months to purchase my first multifamily property.

At the end of the 5 or 7 years, if I keep the property that long, it's rinse, lather, and repeat. 

Is there any investor here purchased through BUCKS COUNTY SHREIFF SALE, it's my first time attneded this auction, after done title research on property at prothonotary office found that sheriff office didn't serve all lienholders in Notice.

How far away from the property will you be?

Would it be best to just have a general contractor to go look at the property?

The land is on two tax lots so my plan is to sell the extra lot immediately after closing for a projected $275K.The property on the other lot will be a fix and flip with projected costs of $240K and an ARV of $750K.I plan to use a PML of 2 points and 12% APY for 70% of the total cost.

Also I Would like to meet people around the pittsburgh area about real estate, currently most of my properties are located in florida, (have 3 here)..Westmorland County.

The first thing here would be the regulations and laws governing acquiring properties, managing properties and selling properties.
