I have the ability to fund this now at a basic level but with full participation we can attend events and conferences like Pitbull and AAPL as a sponsor which gives us credibility and access to hedge fund level players and fund managers not just Accredited Investors.We will have a servicing company to handle the loans after closing.

Maybe Indianapolis but Memphis has so many players down there.

The market is super saturated and Disney and other big players are building more resorts. 

@Justin R.I have no experience with them personally but I listen to the Old Capital Podcast and those guys even to know a lot of the players and other active lenders in the multi family space.

Just sayin.and if you are in Clark county and want to see some action go to the annex next to the courthouse on Fridays at 10am and watch the trustee sales that's were the players are..  

Reaching out to the City to see the number of new construction permits, evaluating the area infrastructure, state of the market economy, determining whether the major industries players (aka employers) will remain intact due to Amazon effect, etc.My best!

And my point is that you'll be talking with someone who is successful as a real estate investor.I'm a small player.  

Friend of mine is a retired NFL player, lifelong  friend, asked me if I knew of any properties in my area, i've been reading up on wholesaling for the past few months.

It helps you learn the players in your area.
