I've done a lot of residential real estate deals including dozens of passive investments and have syndicated four apartment complexes.REITS - These are more akin to stocks than real estate investing and do not come with the tax benefits.

That rent does include utilities, so the more utilities included in the rent the more Section 8 will pay for rent, but not more than the Median Rent.

The fact that the same section does not prohibit the collection of STATUTORY attorney’s fees under 799 or 814 is meaningless in this circumstance because you included the illegal clause directly in the lease.
