I'd make sure all of my agents knew about the fact that you "went around" me, so they too don't end up getting screwed.If you told me that the seller was going to screw his realtor, but you would ensure that I was paid what I was owed, I would have immense respect for that.

You need to feel strongly about whatever your career choice because you will need to bust your butt, and if you love what you do, you will be less likely to give up.Consider that the human brain changes immensely from 20-30 and that you have so many experiences ahead of you that will shape your future to provide you with your own perspective.

Labor and contractor prices have gone up immensely and the rents are capped.

I track the market almost every day and I have yet to see anything come down 30% unless it is a super luxury home immensely above the median price for the local market or in a lower-demand region of AZ.
