My goal right now is to build relationships with other investors and to start building a marketing machine. 

I have started a career in real estate with the goal of creating passive income to be able to enjoy more time with my family and to bless as many people as possible with the fruits of this labor.

I found one type of automated machine would make copies of these style keys and another wouldn't.

I currently do not do any lock vending and make the renters provide their own, as I have looked into buying a vending machine for each facility but the payback on it is just not there and has never been an issue for the tenants to provide their own.
