I don’t know how well Cozy will scale but so far I enjoy its ease of use for myself and my tenants.. not to mention it’s free to use.

I really enjoy connecting with others on the site.

I would recommend if you are looking for a place to enjoy for yourself in addition to reducing rental income, then just search in an area you enjoy, like SC.You already know the area, you know how much people are paying for rentals in that area, and you know what makes a good rental based on what you enjoy.

Also @Austin Fruechting, @Nathan Brooks, @Ian Reeves, and @Andrew Syrios for their inspirational podcasts- really enjoyed them all!

Either way, That's gotta be worth a few grand a month to the right 'ghost hunter' tenants who either enjoy them personally or exploit them professionally. or both.

(On a more general note, I am becoming increasingly interested in real estate investment and am enjoying this hobby!)

If they are truly in love with it, are enjoying their life in that home, and intend to die there then no amount of money is going to separate them from that house.
