Has anybody heard of or used a website that offers a list of private money lendersis this a scam 

It's a scam.

I just do not know if I would be able to devote the time to it right now.

I mean, I too was scammed by Garrett Stevenson but should I go to my buddy who introduced me to Garrett and demand that he pays me what Garrett did not return to me?

Jewelry is a VERY HARD item to sell, unless you have some type of shop, jewelry is often faked, fake diamonds, fake gold, fake rolex's fake everything, and people are always worried about being scammed, and you have to keep from being scammed when buying.
