What you'r proposing is called a bad idea today, and innovation tomorrow.For me, I charge higher cleaning fees on my AirBNBs, and at the same time only allow people to rent for 2-3 days vs a week or month, thus more turnover, and more cleaning fees, and in doing so, I am inflating my nighty rate to almost double the competitors, while almost being booked solid all month.

Your property manager is running their own property which is also a competitor to yours. 

In other words, take online reviews with a grain of salt...sometimes they are just unhappy because they did not get their way; sometimes they are an unhappy competitor fighting dirty; and, sometimes, they are related to, or friends of, the Owners and are just trying to build them up.

Could be a crafty competitor rattling your cage.

I consider them to be a competitor and have never heard anything negative.

Scale can change any game (Amazon is an example) and some providers will to bring to market things that were unthinkable a few years ago just to reach enough scale and market share to disrupt their competitors.

Call it paranoia, but I never want to give my potential competitors any more information than necessary.Nevertheless - great to see so many other self-managers.
