I think I might be able to help- I've got a few analytics tools I use to find properties in our region (flips or buy/hold).

I like the analytics built into Vrbo.Manually checking the competition is the best way.

I have a partner in one of our long term land holds that works for an analytical company that stress tests larger mortgage investors pool of loans you know the guys buying 1 b a month of loans.. they always want to know where the stress is .. will check in with him and post what he has to say..

My point is.....there are problems with every state but you have to do your own analytics to know if something doesn’t work for you or not, not just going by what people say(including me).

Right now i am learning as much as possible about the Calgary market and fine tuning my analytical skills.

If they are introverted, extroverted, analytical, salesy, scared, whatever, they want to learn skills and succeed.
