Condensation forms when hot most air meets something cool. 

Here is what I’m concerned about, i did all the work myself/ paid cash to get it done.Here are the upgrades(I’m sure some of these might not need a permit but I’m new So idk)-Added central heating and air -tore down two walls to make an open living concept (non load bearing)-renovated kitchen/moved gas line-replaced some of the foundation 2x6 floods became they where damaged by termites -add/move electrical sockets-new floating floor-replace pluming with pex/ pbc-painted inside-replaced a window- maybe more but you get the big picture.Will the appraiser report me to the city?

Basically im open to all real estate optionsOnly turn key if it is a short term rental with a bunch of Air bnb booked out already, I have a solid contractor who is good and very affordable so dont mind a dump at the right price 

After that, you can get prices to install individual water heaters, air conditioners and call the power company about putting in the extra meters.You can generally put a price to everything.

They have to pack up all their food, find a place for pets, and when they return they will want to wash linens and air it out.

I’m extremely uneducated when it comes to air conditioning systems, and have a question about our current properties filter setup.

It would also be a selling point for someone with 240v tools or air compressor. 

Did you think about maybe doing the Air bnb option on your dream home to bring in extra cash a few times a month or more?

Air BNB or "boarder" income cannot be used for these loan types.  

Quick update on the unit.Finished renovating the biggest unit and ran it as an air bnb this past summer.
