If they are a guarantor, they have the right to know if their daughter is meeting her obligations under the lease and the privilege of opening their wallet if she is not.Little is harder on household social cohesion than walking out into the kitchen in the morning to find helicopter mom or over-protective dad sitting at the table.

I went out of state (Kansas City) last second and glad I did, it's worked for me so far.... and in theory had I deployed the capital needed to make a mortgage same as my rent I'd EASILY be able to cover my rent and then some.I will lose the appreciation game, but I was never into that for investing anyways... plus I have the freedom to move as needed when life happens IF I need to even if that's not on the table now.

At the Salt Lake Courthouse there is a table with 5 computers on it that you are free to use that are connected to the court database.Remember that each case will be at different stages.

I am no pro at estimating gut rehab costs because I have only done superficial renovations.The current possible deal on the table is that I get a 5 day inspection contingency (during which earnest money is refundable) but if my financing falls through then it is not refundable.

The original vinyl was an off grey brick pattern and the new  vinyl that was replaced, under a table area where chairs had ripped the floor, was a greenish yellow flower pattern..It was awful.

you don't unless you find a unicorn...someone that is going to pony up the $$ and let you be part of the deal for some reason because you bring something to the table that they can't.So it can be done....... not impossible..... but rare.If you don't have the $$ to start....advertisements.....down payments....etc etc..... then you don't have the $$ for inspections....closings....reserves for Cap Ex etc etc etc etc etc......
