Are there any meet ups in southeast LA County?

I was thinking the other day that I could have rolled through the Southeast like a hurricane with that course back then.

As a rookie investor, I'm looking for meet-ups or masterminds in South East Michigan.

The only reasonable deals I've seen are in 3rd ward, 5th ward and general south-east inner loop or just outside.Don't go outside beltway (IMO) as if you start building up a collection of properties you don't want a ton of them all over the place.Good luck.

And the southeast part of Dallas has become pretty tough lately.  

Part of my retirement strategy involves travelling a lot, especially in SouthEast Asia (Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Malaysia) as the cost of living is much cheaper than the US and I enjoy the food & culture.
