Hello allI just had someone reach out about renting one of my properties to use as a group home or adult care home housing adult males.Has anyone done this and what has your experience been?  

With the 3rd one I was the one who told him that for 1 end cap unit it is around the second RTU in the back, take a hose up there and spray around that really good, I don't care how long. 

And we simply push back and tell the buyer dont care what your inspector said they are wrong.

You must tread extremely carefully. 

My agent has asked the seller to take care of some of the work and she has agreed to the plumbing, so maybe 7500 of the additional work to be done.

The most affordable one right now is Buildium, but you have to be careful to see if it can take your bank feeds.

Giving a small token of appreciation can start the relationship off well, show you care about the property, show you care about the tenant, and just be a great way to introduce yourself.

There are a few communities that do allow rentals, but be very careful with these.
