Are the privacy concerns with the Yi cameras still relevant?

That's hundreds more a month you would be saving / earning while gaining more personal space and privacy!

Tenants want privacy, respect, and quick repairs.

Our intention is to create a luxury compound feel with a large privacy wall, also adding a high-end, modern pool with a large deck.

A spouse can also participate in the same plan, there are additional tax benefits compared to an IRA, and there is generally greater privacy.

I've seen chain link right along a wood privacy fence.. all depends on what you have the cash to do. call your city to find out if any permits are required and ask about fence maintenance,, maybe if it's on neighbors land they can enforce a repair or removal. 

We added a driveway for the unit as well (separate from our driveway) along with a patio and gate/walkway for privacy.

Lastly I would like to install some simple privacy type fence, but I think a simply white vinyl fence will do it for now, again keeping cost in mind. 

However, one bedroom was in the basement which has walkout door and one bathroom is a toilet next to the wash and dryer (no privacy).
