The proximity to Richmond, Fort Lee, and all the new development going on, movies being filmed there, new restaurants coming up, it won't be Church Hill, but I think it's very solid investment!

In my area around Disney World, the ones that rent the most with the highest nightly rates are generally the ones that are either new or upgraded offering a lot of fun amenities like themed kids bedrooms, video games, game rooms and movie theaters.

Not actually the movie but started selling RE for Boise cascade in the early 60's.. just like the movie.He would go to the sales meeting and the manager would HAND OUT  TWO leads just like the movie and you had to produce..

@Tony Johnson i dont do them anymore myself, i found a company to do it for slightly more, im doing alot of mailing and this saves me sooooo much time...but..its simplepaper from costco 5000 sheets, cost 24.99 not even 1 cent a sheetenvelopes from walmart small party size  $1 for 100 envelopes equlas 1 cent an envelopInk varies but i can set my printer to print fast copy and get almost 2k letters out of one cartridge, my letters are not long about 5 lines at most..USPS charges me .31 cents per mail "i have bulk mailing $200 a yr"..Pay my niece and her friends to fold, or payed a stay home mom...roughtly .05 per enveloped stuffedIt takes lot of time to do it on your own, but if your on a budget its perfect, pic 2 movies you really enjoy and sit at that printer and refill the paper machine, and feed the envelopes....I did huge maiing usuing this system if your doing a couple hundred you can get it done in no time...Its Work work work....but if you like money like i do then its nothing...

This area never truly took a hit, but with the soon to be overpricing/overcrowdedness of Atlanta lots, I expect developers to heavily target this area (along with East Point) for luxury condos catered to millenials, actors/actresses, and movie directors, and those more affluent looking to be out of the way, but still in the mix if you catch my drift, and then some regular residential lofts catered to those who work at the airport, in the City, or those who pop in and out of the city at will.Your views on Cascade Ave are interesting though.
