I am pretty conservative and more interested in protecting the progress I've made vs maximizing my growth. 

I am primarily interested in buy and hold investing and prefer to focus in a midwest market to maximize my buying power and cash flow.

I strongly feel building at cost and selling maximizes profit on a any angle .my financing source is through hard money and I'm pretty happy with my terms but know I fell I need to network and possibly partner up with investors in the same Intrest field .I would like to network and build relationships to better assist me in this venture .

But yes, I definitely want to maximize profits and reduce expenses as much as I can so I'll take that strategy into consideration.

Don't put that progress at risk for the sake of getting another unit under your belt.Remember, it's far more important to protect your downside than it is to maximize your upside.
