If I worked in an office and drove the truck to work every day in my suit and tie I guess a pick up truck with a leather interior and fancy paint and big price would be ok.

So, since comps with older appliances/dated interiors were going for ~$92,000, I assume I can safely predict maybe getting ~$95-97,000 for a home with a freshly painted interior/flooring and updated appliances?
