If I worked in an office and drove the truck to work every day in my suit and tie I guess a pick up truck with a leather interior and fancy paint and big price would be ok.

So, since comps with older appliances/dated interiors were going for ~$92,000, I assume I can safely predict maybe getting ~$95-97,000 for a home with a freshly painted interior/flooring and updated appliances?

There are NO interior photos available and the listings state that no interior inspections will be available.

The inspection went well but that was for the interior of the condo.

The interior needs only lots of cosmetic work.  

It's a small 2-car with 2 doors, divided by a central full-height interior wall down the center.

I will post before/after pics of interior and exterior once completed! 

Now my wife and I do the ceramic tile work, and the connection of the plumbing to the sinks, install the appliances, interior doors and vanities.  

But, with MLS you'll have a better idea of condition, updated interior, etc.
