Weird, reminds me of a fellow that asked a girl out on a date, she told him "she had to walk her horse". 

A girl want to apply .She seems very nice .

If you really want to test this marketing plan, would offer to paint an accent wall in the living room and/or a childs bedroom (some kids, girls really enjoy personalized colors).

I've got two little girls that are a year apart and I could imagine that triplets are a handful.

Perhaps a few more details will help further. my wife finally completed her 15+ years of medical training and is a trauma surgeon making Really big girl money.

I am the oldest of 5 kids , 2 boys and 3 girls .  

But all it takes is a serious girl friend or one drunk exchange and poof, another “room” to turnover.

I was more interested in the what I guess you would call the case-study of the situation, being when you have someone under 18 trying to rent with others as a group.I would call it playing at being a grown up or Animal House.I once got a call about a vacancy from a very young sounding girl. 

I am considering moving into the house next to you and promote my "gentlemen club" with pictures of some of the girls who work for me on my truck.
