This means you have to get business insurance, keep business accounts separate, separate business bookkeeping, and not touch that money for personal reasons unless you do it a very specific way.If you already own the property personally, you have to transfer/donate/sell it to your LLC. 

Once I even moved up the priority list on an estate sale because I was willing to help the seller take stuff to be donated and rent a dumpster for cleanup.It's all about helping the seller solve their biggest concern in moving.

@Gary Wright  make no mistake about what you read on line here or anywhere else its the free market at work... and most folks have some agenda.. this is not a Not for Profit site and all that post are not here to donate to the betterment of man kind..

I had an appraisal done and the property was appraised at $44,000 and I donated the house as is to a college and got a tax deduction of $24,000.   

You can donate to the fire dept for practice and then you'll only have to carry off the debris. 

I am happy to accept any and all takers who want to donate to my new boat fund via betting against this happening.
