From browsing ads it looks like top floors (3 bed) are 1500-1800 with or without utilitiesBasement suites (2 bed) are 1100-1350 with it without utilities depending on the listingWhole houses are in around 1900-2300 plus utilitiesDoes this translate to actual market rents?

As I work through underwriting examples and browse through many deals a week to get more familiar starting out, what are the main things I should be looking at in each deal analysis to make sure it is a "good deal" ?
