Not sure about your local laws in upstate new york, but I know Ashley Kehr who hosts the BP Rookie Podcast is killing it there, so she might have some good ideas for you.

I guess my definition of a war zone is a area that most property management companies will turn down to manage or if you haven’t bought the property will most likely tell you that it’s probably a bad idea to purchase kinda how bp would to do about Detroit back In the day when Josh Dorkin would to be on the podcast , but it’s seems like we all seen the show that Ashley Hamilton was on & it seems like she was able to actually make it work & be very profitable, one thing I did notice was she was very hands on I believe
