Take them out to lunch and show them nice glossy pictures with testimonials from someone who is in their slot in life and see how they respond. 

PG is a great tourist spot so I’m sure you could easily find rentals.

Also if you intend this to be a rental, be aware that condo associations often have limits on how many units can be occupied by tenants, so check with the condo management first as to how many rental slots are left if you intend it for a rental.

It seems to me that one of the harder slots to fill is a reliable/ honest general contractor.

Their schedules fill up fast.I know everyday for commercial I have to plan the time slots for my clients.

I've truly learned over the past several years that people in general are full of sh*t when they need to fill news slots for 24 hours straight.

However, our small PM company is picking up our 1st client in Prince Georges (PG) County.

I had seven people slotted, 5 showed and of those, 2 would have likely met my criteria and signed leases.One thing I definitely learned: "we are still looking and we will get back to you" = they are not interested.  

They take ownership of a condo in the Lynnhill Condo complex in Temple Hills (PG County Md) & would like to simply donate this condo as quick as possible.
