@Babek Sandhar I remember a post you did a while back that predicted this crisis mirrors the Great Depression.

I thought the whole general advantage to CFD was at least a slightly easier process for taking possession of the property if the Buyer defaults; a process sort of mirroring the eviction process, unless the state forces you to go through a standard foreclosure process.Also, my earlier question about baking language into the contract that guarantees the Buyer's interest through our existing title policy was meant for getting one of our current properties under CFD.

I currently work with investors and developers here in NoCal & SoCal and would like to mirror my business model in Florida.

We plan to partner up on other projects after this one is in the rear view mirror.

They listed it as 2 bed 1 bath in one unit and only 1 bed 1 bath in the other unit, when in reality the two units were mirror images of each other.We went back and forth with offers and counter-offers.
