I had an accountant try to self-service notes for awhile and I think he added some grey hairs too quickly and I was forced to find the Note Servicing Center in California.  

But, I was tearing my hair out dealing with buyers/agents/lenders on the sale side.

If you choose to split hairs with the seller you can always consult your local electrical building inspector or you can simply not accept anything other than a fully new electrical system installation.

The house is also 100 years old so the horse hair materials is helping with the sound but I am also thinking they kept the original windows!

Or if you were to jump up and down a plank would just bounces off and land back down in a slightly different spot.I think one must install it REALLY tight, or else when walking around over time you might end up with a gap between two planks and you will pull you hair out to shift everything back to close the gap, only to have to do the same thing again in two weeks.

Most of them had a bigger TV than I do,  many had newer model cars and the women all had expensive nail and hair jobs.
