Taxes are a bit high in Nebraska but Overall it’s hard to find a lower risk (cheap houses and the market doesn’t fluctuate a lot) better reward in Realestate in my opinion.Good luck!

The Real Estate Market is always going to fluctuate.

Considering it cash flows on the low end I think there's plenty room for market fluctuations.

My scores fluctuate up and down (from mid 700's and up, depending on what I'm doing), while hers virtually stays unchanged.
