Most basements don't have egress for a bedroom unless they specifically add an egress window which is expensive to dig out around the foundation to add.

Perhaps I could be mistaken, but I believe diving into a relationship without fully comprehending it myself could result in unnecessary expenses if the relationship turns out to be wrong.

It depends on your financial strength, the quality of the property, how many properties you own, etc.I like to start with one significant expense and three months of vacancy.
