install a fire sprinkler system, a firewall between kitchen/living room/dining room with the sleeping area, an emergency escape door in the sleeping area, handicapped bathrooms.

I have utmost respect for this personality, and they deserve every dollar plus that they make, I have no intention of it though, doesn't fit my elegantly lazy personality.

We furnish the living room, dining room, and the rest we keep a few end table etc. and use portable blow up beds and comforter sets we buy from the local liquidation store.

We just did one of those, a bit larger area, living dining room open concept,roughly 15x25 We had two guys about two days, to demo, insulate inside the rafters, a bit of framing and hang the drywall.

We dined in 5 points and had a good time.

Currently a 3bd / 3ba house with 2 living rooms and 2 dining rooms essentially, an open layout and fireplace plus an unfinished basement.There is also a single car garage.

It was supposed to be the formal living and dining room, but without furniture, it was just a giant empty space, separate from the other living areas.

You can also see the wall in the back left that was demoed due to a leaking wax ring in the bathroom. ( I didn't even mention that above...)So this wall in the dining rom was actually 1/3 lathe and plaster, 1/3 drywall, and 1/3 chicken wire, rebar, and cement...GC says that's a first for him.

I'm wanting them to dry faster so I can get them out of my dining room.Blow Dryer?

I had a stripper pole mounted in the dining room, mounted safes, and an entire closed circuit video recording and alarm system (inside and out) placed by the tenants.
