My first listing was a referral from another client.To break it down as far as chain of referrals to actual clients is something like this:my girlfriend's financial adviser referred my first rental client who then referred my first listingSo basically my girl's financial adviser was a guy who we were good friends with and would hang out with a regular basis for dinner, drinks or whatever.
