Can you do accounting, graphic design, or perform acupuncture?  

You have to be very specific with your content and graphics and everything has to lead to a lead capture page or there is no point.

I would simply ask is anything in life ever gonna be perfect you can't pick a perfect time to have a baby because some ppl will tell you that you need the world some will say you only need love run your numbers under the worst possible scenarios if the place is vacant for a year if rehab takes double the time if there's still a slim profit you might have stumbled on a gold mine does it make since to just throw that away if the girl is cute she cooks she cleans your mom and sister like her do you walk away to find better?

Yes it took me 3 Mo every night to put all this together. the longest part was entering the data in a format suitable for the graphics.

Cute little rural town in NW Ohio, but limited renter pool for sure, and management is going to be the issue.

The pre made one is cute, but I think it needs larger windows for more light inside.
