My w-2 income is around 50k and with a long, expensive commute on top of my other debts (student and car) I would have no choice but to sell immediately if something major was to happen.

As for me personally, I'm practicing social distancing and following the CDC guidelines for prevention which includes carrying baby wipes and hand sanitizer in the car. I

Tickets to concerts/sports and now a used car I bought for $850 are my most recent attempts.I plan on going with a buy and hold strategy, but I will probably explore other avenues just to see what I can do.

@Cary Ferguson Jr, I know it is sack-religious as a BP member to not have read 4 hour work week (on the to do list) but wouldn't it be a GR8 problem to have to figure how to fill the time void, I am quite confident we can figure it out, LOL.
