Bruh you got no idea how bad the quality of Agents is.I work throughout Ohio in multiple markets....Cleveland, Toledo, Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus, Akron, Youngstown and more.In each of these markets I'm working with cash flow assets for investors, BRRRR deals, foreclosures etc.....so we're talking the sub $100k property space, so I get to see the bottom of the barrel agents on a daily basis.
