By attacking the debt on one property with the cash flow from 19 others, you accelerate the payoff and when it is paid off that property now produces 4x CASHFLOW, and the snowball gets bigger.With this approach, 19 debt-free properties that each rent for $850 per month will produce $124,260 after all expenses, and that is if the rents never increase!
