AND those don't always end in completed business either,  and revenue only comes from achievement of conclusion. 

You can of course give them additional money if needed to achieve the sub-to. 

I've never had what i would consider a real professional tenant target me.

Just like everyone out their who are  Big company's like Walmart, Target, etc. have daily issues with customers that need to be resolved in person or online or complaints with the BBB. 

On the first deal on any channel I'll invest even more to dial that channel in then work it down to the $5k target. 

General tips: design for the target demographic and go above and beyond whatever the competition is doing, ie if the competition has a hot tub and a pool, make sure you have a hot tub and a pool AND a game room, etc.

I care about the return they achieve and not their unit count.
