Which is reasonable with fees and excepts all debit/credit/ACH payments?  

We also tried Cozy.co, but it took too long for the ACH transaction to hit our account.

At the beginning of July, both section 8 rent payments showed up in my bank account as expected via ACH transfer. 

If it is a choice between medicine or rent they need to understand that rent is more important than their health.
