when I first started out I knew a kid who used to put his card in the credit card slot at gas stations so they had to take it out before they can use it to pay.  

how can I get started....and do anyone have suggestions or recommendations on any apartments in the dc pg area.... i have many more questions but dont know who to direct them too 

Every showing is booked in groups with 10-15 min time slots, 2 per slot.

We schedule 10 showings for a Saturday & Sunday, last minute cancels and I have the time slots filled same day.

I think that PG county it is not the case....but I would double check to make sure.In general HOC, Section 8, and the such are pretty well run throughout the state of Maryland.  

I am looking for anyone with experience in developing vacant lots in PG County

I'd charge ~$1000 a slot for Jan-May (8-10 people), then short term the rest of the time.I wouldn't self manage, so I get the point on unique, well designed, charming places being a priority.
